Keegan has been a professional photographer in Washington, D.C. for over a decade. Keegan holds a Bachelor of Science in photography from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Past experiences include serving as an Official White House Photographer and working as a Photo Engineering Coordinator at National Geographic. Keegan's work has been published in numerous publications including The Washington Post and The New York Times.

Keegan currently works as a photographer and photo researcher at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
